There are nine songs making their debut on my chart this week (highlighted in blue), and if you click on any of them, you'll connect to that artist's official website for more info. And here they are on video, after the break...

Returning to claim the top debut of the week is Irish indie-folk singer/songwriter Hozier, whose breakout single "Take Me To Church" was one of the biggest hits of the past ten years on my chart. He brings along soul legend Mavis Staples of the Staples Singers ("I'll Take You There") to enter at #77 with "Nina Cried Power"...

Jade Bird follows up her single "Lottery", which hit my top ten this year, with the song at #83, "Uh Huh"...

Country newcomer Mitchell Tenpenny makes his debut at #88 with "Drunk Me". It's from his self-titled EP, and it's one of my personal favorite country songs of the year...

Alt-soul sensation Janelle Monae made the top-40 earlier this year with "Make Me Feel"; she's back at #91 with "I Like That", also from her stellar album Dirty Computer...

Silk City, the moniker used for the collaboration of DJ/producers Diplo and Mark Ronson, team up with singer Dua Lipa for "Electricity", which buzzes in at #94...

British Indie-pop family act the Rua roll in at #97 with "All I Ever Wanted"...

Italian dance act DJs from Mars fly in at #98 with "Somewhere Above The Clouds"...

Los Angeles rockers Badflower nab their first hit at #99 with "Ghost"...

The final newbie at #100 comes from ska-punk band the Interrupters with "She's Kerosene"...
