Disco Dessert 10/4/18 - "All Night Thing" by the Invisible Man's Band...

"All Night Thing" was the first and biggest hit single from the Invisible Man's Band, which came together under singer Clarence Burke Jr. and three more of his brothers (Keni, James, and Dennis) from the soul group the Five Stairsteps. Back in 1970, they went to #8 on the pop chart with "Ooh Child". Adding drummer Steve Ferrone and synth player Dean Gant, the group released their self-titled debut album, which included "All Night Thing", which climbed to #10 on Billboard magazine's Disco/Dance singles chart, while hitting #9 on their R&B list and #45 on the pop Hot 100 in 1980. Clarence Jr. passed away in 2013.
