"Let's Groove" was a massive pop and club hit for the R&B group Earth Wind & Fire. Appearing on their album Raise!, the song was produced by bandleader and lead singer Maurice White, who wrote the track with Wayne Vaughn. The single topped Billboard's R&B chart and climbed to #3 on the American Hot 100 pop chart, while also scaling to #3 on Billboard's Disco Top 80 in 1981.
