Disco Dessert 3/6/21 - "Lady Bump" from Penny McLean...
"Lady Bump" was a big club hit for Austrian-born singer Penny McLean, who is best known as being a member of the German disco act Silver Convention. Written and produced by Michael Kunze and Sylvester Levay, the song appeared on her solo debut album Lady Bump. On Record World magazine's Disco File Top-20 chart, the song was listed along with it's "B-side", "The Lady Bumps On". The single spent five weeks at #2 there in 1975, as well as reaching #48 on the American pop chart in Billboard. It also went all the way to #1 in her native Austria.
