"Let Me Talk" was a club and urban radio hit for the band Earth Wind & Fire. Appearing on their album Faces, the song was produced by the group's leader Maurice White, who co-wrote it with bandmates Philip Bailey, Verdine White, Al McKay, Larry Dunn, and Ralph Johnson. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top-100, the single peaked at #85 in 1980, while making it to #8 on their R&B chart.
