Disco Dessert 12/13/18 - "Dancin' At The Disco" from L.A.X....

"Dancin' At The Disco" was the first hit for Belgian dance act L.A.X., who were put together by saxophonist Ralph Benatar, who came from the Belgian Congo in Africa (now Democratic Republic of the Congo). Produced by Galen Salonges, and written bt Benatar with member Glenn Lieb, "Dancin'" appeared on their debut album L.A.X., and climbed to #43 on Billboard's Disco/Dance Tracks chart in 1979.
