Disco Dessert 10/31/20 - "Spooky" from New Order...

 

 

"Spooky" was a club hit for the British synthpop group New Order. Appearing on their album Republic, the song was written by the band (Bernard Summer, Peter Hook, Gillian Gilbert, and Stephen Morris) with producer Stephen Hague. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #6 in 1994. It also rose to #22 in their British homeland.
