"Over and Over" was a club hit for the late jazz keyboardist Charles Earland. Appearing on his album Perceptions, the song was written by Earland, who also produced it with Randy Muller. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40 chart, the single peaked at #34 in 1978. Earland passed away in 1999 at 58 years old.
