"Woman" was a single from Spanish funk-rock group and disco pioneers Barrabás. Led by drummer Fernando Arbex, who wrote the song, the band was a pivotal factor in the evolution of the genre. Appearing on their debut album Wild Safari (Barrabás) in 1971, the song came way before the singles charts reflected much in that genre, but it did make it to #23 in the Netherlands.
