"Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" was a single from Scottish rock icon Rod Stewart, who dipped his toes into disco waters in the late 1970s. Appearing on his Blondes Have More Fun album, the track had two major uncredited samples on it, with jazz-rock artist Jorge Ben's "Taj Mahal" providing the melody for the chorus, while soul vet Bobby Womack's "(If You Want My Love) Put Something Down On It" gave the melody for the strings hook on the record. The song spent three weeks at #1 on the Disco/Dance Tracks chart in Billboard magazine, while also topping the pop chart in England and America.
