"It's No Crime" was a club and radio hit for singer/songwriter/producer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. Appearing on his album Tender Lover, the song was written and produced by the artist with collaborators L.A. Reid and Daryl Simmons. On Billboard magazine's Hot Club Dance Play chart, the single peaked at #5, while making it to #7 on the American pop chart and topping the R&B list.
