Disco Dessert 11/14/20 - "I Need A Man" from Grace Jones...

 

 

"I Need A Man" was a club hit for singer/actress Grace Jones. Appearing on her debut album Portfolio, the song was written by Paul Slade and Pierre Papadiamandis, and produced by Tom Moulton. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40 chart, the single spent two weeks at #1 in 1977.
