Disco Dessert 11/16/20 - "Hot Lover" from U.N....

 

 

"Hot Lover" was a club hit for the studio act U.N., put together by producer Tony Green and featuring singer Goldie Alexander. Appearing on the group's eponymous only album in 1979, the track was written and produced by Green. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top 100 chart, the whole U.N. album was listed as a single entry with "all cuts" listed as "key cuts". It peaked at #34 in the beginning of 1980.
