Disco Dessert 9/8/20 - "Miami Heatwave" from Seventh Avenue...

 

 

"Miami Heatwave" was a DJ favorite from the proto-"boyband" Seventh Avenue, formed by British producer Ian Levine. Appearing on their debut album Midnight In Manhattan, the song was produced by Levine, who wrote the track with Fiachra Trench. The album cut never made the Billboard disco chart, but was a clubgoers favorite nonetheless.
