Disco Dessert 9/21/20 - "In New York" from Passion...

 

 

"In New York" was a club hit for the studio group Passion, put together by producer Ray Martinez and featuring singer Richard Noriega Jr. Appearing on their sole album Don't Stop My Love, the song was also written by Martinez. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top-100 chart, the song was listed along with the 12" single's "A-side", "Don't Bring Back Memories". The single peaked at #43 in 1980.
