Friday is here again, and it's time to run down my top 100 "hit" tunes from the previous week. Billie Eilish holds on to #1 for a third week, while Green Day (pictured above) climb a notch within the top ten. Former big hits by Lizzo, Sam Smith, Luke Bryan, the Lumineers, and Chico Rose/Afrojack drop off my list, while songs from twenty-one pilots, the Black Eyed Peas/J Balvin, and Dua Lipa make the biggest jumps (moves of 10+ places highlighted in red). The top debut of the weekend comes from The Weeknd, who adds a third song from his After Hours album to my list with "In Your Eyes" at #74. "Blinding Lights" creeps up a notch to the runner-up spot as well...


 After 58 weeks on the country airplay chart, former American Idol winner Scotty McCreery finally makes my chart with the third single from his spring of 2018 release, Seasons Change, "In Between" which arrives at #78...


At #80 is Grey Daze, the band that the lead singer of Linkin Park, the late Chester Bennington, was a member of before that act. Sean Dowdell reunited the band and used old masters of Chester's vocals for a new album, Amends, that was released in April. The single "Sickness" is the first radio hit from the project...


American DJ/producer surf mesa makes his debut at #92 with "ILY" featuring singer Emilee. The track interpolates the 60's classic "Can't Take My Eyes Off You"...


Swedish EDM DJ Alesso pairs up with One Direction member Liam Payne for the song at #98, "Midnight"...


At #99 is DJ/producer Gryffin (Dan Griffith) who recruits Maia Wright for vocals on the single "Body Back"...


The final newbie at #100 comes from Canadian dance music producer Steve Kroeger and singer Skye Holland, who slip in with "So Close"...
