"Give Me The Night" was a club and radio hit for jazz soul musician George Benson. Appearing on his album Give Me The Night, the song was written by (the late) Rod Temperton of the band Heatwave and produced by Quincy Jones. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top 100 chart, the single spent two weeks at #2, while topping their R&B chart.
