"Standing In The Rain" was a club hit for German producer and singer Don Ray. Appearing on his sole album The Garden Of Love, the song was written by Ray, who produced it with disco legend Cerrone. On Billboard National Disco Action Top-40, the Garden Of Love album charted as one entry, and peaked at #4 in 1978.
