"Black Sun" was an underground club favorite from the studio group Black Sun. Put together by musician/songwriter Phil Walter and producer Wally Hamilton, the track appeared on the act's self-titled debut album in 1978. Although the track never made it onto the Billboard charts in America, it was a DJ and dancefloor favorite especially in Europe.
