"I'm Ready/Disco Star" was a medley from the Italo-disco act Strange Affair. A studio creation put together by Italian producer Giuliano Salerni, the songs appeared on the group's sole self-titled album in 1980. Although they never reached the Disco chart in Billboard, Strange Affair's album was a favorite among DJs, especially in Europe.
