French Sweep: July 9, 2013...
Hey gang, it's time for this week's trip across the Atlantic to check out the songs making the official top-100 sales charts in France this week, as Robin Thicke reigns for a fourth week with "Blurred Lines"...
The highest debut of the week is by rapper Rohff, who was born in the islands of the Indian Ocean but moved as a child to Paris. He had gone to #1 already in 2002 with "Qui Est L'Exemple", and now he's back at #19 with "J'accelere" ("I Speed")...

American pop/R&B singer/songwriter Jason Derulo comes in at #66 with "The Other Side". His other four charting singles in this country have made the top-40, with debut "Whatcha Say" reaching #10 in 2010..
Rapper Flo Rida's "Club Can't Handle Me" had been a big hit in much of the world in 2010 except here (even with French superstar DJ David Guetta in a supporting role), but it finally reaches the chart at #72...
British boy-band The Wanted enter at #82 with their name-dropping "Walks Like Rihanna"...
French DJ/producer Joachim Garraud jumps in at #86 with his first hit as a lead artist, "Maximus" featuring A Girl and A Gun...
The French D-list TV fodder Les Anges De Telerealite 5 has spawned another record to the chart as "Another Day" by Aurelie featuring Alban Bertoli is in at #92...
That's it for this week's musical rendez-vous...I'll return later with the newest in Germany...au revoir!
