Country Sweep: August 3, 2013...

Hey folks, it's time for part four of my five-part "chart sweeps" checking out the songs making the radio charts in Billboard magazine for the first week, and I'm up to the latest on country stations nationwide.

On the Hot Country Airplay chart, The Band Perry reach the top spot for a fourth time (two from each album) with "DONE."...

The top entry of the week at #42 is country kingpin Blake Shelton with the third single from his Based On A True Story album, "Mine Would Be You". He hopes to extended his nine-single #1 streak....

This chart's seasoned veteran, George Strait, has been making the list for 32 years now, and his latest, "I Believe", arrives at #50, and its my "Country Pick of the Week"...

Darius Rucker comes in at #54 with the third single from his True Believers album, "Radio"...

The last debut on the chart at #57 is Frankie Ballard with his third hit "Helluva Life", from his untitled upcoming second album.....
