Hey guys, time for a sampling of the songs making their way onto the singles charts over in France this week, according to their Official Charts.

Olympic fever has definitely ramped up, as the official song of the 2012 Games, Muse's "Survival", jumps into the list at #18...

French superDJ David Guetta is back with a new track that he must've played in London in his stint last June, with Nicky Romero, it's "Metropolis" just missing the top-40 at #41...

Continuing the French/British connection, the Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am just scored a #1 hit in the UK with "This Is Love", featuring Dutch singer Eva Simons, and the song enters here at #46...

Rapper Sultan enlists the help of Comoros-born Rohff for the song "4 Etoiles" ("4 stars") at #50...

Bruno Moneroe isn't Mars, but he shares a hairdo and a name similarity, and his dance song "Be Mine" comes in at #64...

DJ Mam's is another French DJ from Marseille, and he's a fan of the Zumba, as his "Zumba He Zumba Ha (2012)" enters at #68, featuring singers Jessy Matador and Luis Guisao...continuing the Brazilian fad in France...

French hip-hop artist Orelsan follows up his top-10 French hit "La Terre Est Ronde" with "Ils Sont Cools" ("They're Cool")..

Queens rapper Nicki Minaj takes her top-40 British hit onto the French charts with "Pound The Alarm"...

And just like America, France is coming late to the game with the dubstep band Nero, as their #1 UK hit from last year "Promises" comes on at #89...
