Soul Sweep: July 27, 2013...

We're at the "hump" of today's five part 'chart sweep', and this time I'm bringing you the newest songs to make the R&B charts in Billboard magazine.

On the R&B/HipHop Airplay list, J. Cole and Miguel reign for a fourth week with "Power Trip"...

Singer K. Michelle, who appears on the "celebreality" show Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, comes in at #43 with "V.S.O.P.". It's already the highest of her six charting singles since 2009..

The other entry on the big soul chart at #45 is newcomer Migos with "Versace"...(NSFW)

Meanwhile, on the older-skewing Adult R&B radio panel, Alicia Keys and Maxwell claim the #1 spot for a fifth non-consecutive week with "Fire We Make"...

The top entry at #32, and my "Soul Pick of the Week", is Justin Timberlake with "Take Back The Night"...

...and the reigning R&B champ "Power Trip" by J. Cole sneaks on to the "adult" list at #40..

That's it for the soul side of things...I'll be back in 90 with the latest on country radio. Groove on!
