Disco Dessert 9/18/22 - "Victim Of Love" by Erasure...

 

 

"Victim Of Love" was a big club hit for the synthpop duo Erasure. Appearing on their album The Circus, the song was written by the act's Vince Clarke and Andy Bell and produced by Mark "Flood" Ellis. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent a week at #1 in 1987, while peaking at #7 on the British Singles Chart.
