"Favourite Shirts (Boy Meets Girl)" was a club hit for the new wave band Haircut One Hundred. Appearing on their debut album Pelican West, the song was written by the act's lead singer Nick Heyward and produced by Bob Sargeant. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top-80 chart, the single peaked at #41 in 1982 as just an import at the time, while going to #4 on the British Singles Chart.
