"He's A Rebel" was a club hit for singer Holly Oas. Released as a stand-alone single, it was a dance remake of the classic 60's girl-group hit made famous by the Crystals and written by Gene Pitney. This version, produced by Larry Gottlieb, peaked at #20 on Billboard magazine's Dance/Disco Top-80 in 1984.
