"Can't Help Myself" was a club hit for the Australian new wave band Icehouse. Appearing on their debut album Icehouse, the song was written by lead singer Iva Davies, who co-produced it with Cameron Allan. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top 80 chart, the single peaked at #50 in 1981.
