"Disco Blood" was a club hit for the studio act the Vamps. Released on the album Disco Blood, the song was written and produced by Brazilians Paulo Rocco and Santiago Malnati under the aliases M. Smith and P. Ricks. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40 chart, the single peaked at #24 in 1977.
