Disco Dessert 6/15/21 - "On The Beach" by York...

 

 

"On The Beach" was a club hit for the German duo York. Appearing on their album Experience, the track was a remake of the Chris Rea song produced by York's Torsten Stenzel. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #23 in 2001. It was a huge hit in the UK, climbing to #4 on the British Singles Chart.
