"Check It Out" was a big club hit for the dance act Karmadelic. Appearing on their debut album Flip Your Mind, the song was written by the duo's Anton Bass and Konrad Carelli, and featured vocals from Sandy B. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent three weeks at #2 in 2000.
