Disco Dessert 7/6/20 - "Come Maddalena" from Ennio Morricone...

"Come Maddalena" was an underground disco nugget from Italian movie score legend Ennio Morricone, who passed away today at the age of 91. Appearing on the soundtrack to the Italian movie Maddalena, where a woman attempts to seduce a priest, the song was originally released in 1971. Seven years later, the track was given the "disco" treatment for the European clubs. It never made any of the charts, but remains a favorite of his compositions by his fans.
