Disco Dessert 2/20/20 - "It Looks Like Love" from Goody Goody...

"It Looks Like Love" was a club hit for the studio act Goody Goody, put together by producer Vincent Montana, Jr.. Montana, who also led the Salsoul Orchestra, created the new group after leaving the Salsoul label in 1978. The song appeared on their self-titled and only album release Goody Goody. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action Top-40 chart, the entire album charted as one entry, but three other tracks ("#1 Dee Jay", "Super Jock", and "Bio-Rhythms") were listed as key cuts. Goody Goody peaked at #16 in 1978. Nevertheless this remains my fave of the set.
