Disco Dessert 2/12/20 - "Love Attack" from Ferrera...

"Love Attack" was a club hit for the Italo-disco studio group Ferrara, led by producer/musician John Ferrara. Appearing on the act's sole album Wuthering Heights, which supposedly was inspired by the Emily Bronte novel, the song was written and produced by Ferrara with a bevy of studio musicians including singer Angela Bofill. On Billboard magazine's National Disco Action/Disco Top-80 chart, the Wuthering Heights album was listed as a single entry, and climbed to #34 on the tally in 1979, spending a hefty 20 weeks on the chart.
