Disco Dessert 10/29/19: "Come Maddalena" from Ennio Morricone...
"Come Maddalena" was a European club hit for composer and film score legend Ennio Morricone. Taken from his score from the 1971 movie Maddalena about a girl set on seducing a member of the clergy, the song was transformed into a disco number in 1977. While the song never made the dance chart in America, it was a favorite in Europe at that time.
