"Together In Electric Dreams" was a club and British radio hit for the pairing of disco producer Giorgio Moroder and Philip Oakey, the lead singer of the new wave band the Human League. At first appearing on the soundtrack to the Electric Dreams movie and then in 1985 with an entire collaborative album between the pair, the song was written by them and produced by Moroder. On Billboard magazine's Dance/Disco Top-80, "Electric Dreams" peaked at #80 in 1984, while on the British singles chart, it went all the way to #3. It remains a favorite of 1980's music enthusiasts to this date.
