"Touch Me Baby" was a track on the self-titled debut album for disco studio group Ultimate. Put together by producers Juliano Salemi and Bruce Weeden, the act featured singers Barbara Hernandez, Deborah McGriff, and Rita Saunders. The Ultimate album charted as a single entry on Billboard magazine's Disco/Dance Tracks chart, making it as high as #6 in 1979.
