Today's song of the day is by rock singer Eddie Money, who had scored his second top-10 pop hit with "Walk On Water" in the winter of 1988. The second single from his Nothing To Lose album was "The Love In Your Eyes", written by David Bryant, Steve Dubin, and Adrian Gurvitz (the latter a rock vet who had worked with the likes of Ginger Baker and Buddy Miles).

"The Love In Your Eyes" became Eddie's ninth top-40 pop hit in March of 1989. The single was one of his biggest songs on rock radio, reaching #1 (his third and so-far last time at the top).
