"Pressure Sway" was a club hit for the Australian synthpop band Machinations. Appearing on their debut album Esteem, the song was written by bandmates Tim Doyle, Fred Loneragan, Tony Starr, and Nick Swan, and produced by Bruce Brown and Russell Dunlop. On Billboard magazine's Dance/Disco Top-80 chart, the single peaked at #40 in 1983.
