"I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)" was a huge radio and club hit for Daryl Hall & John Oates. Appearing on their Private Eyes album, the song was produced by the pair, who also co-wrote it with Sara Allen. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top-80 chart, the single spent a week at #1, while also topping their pop and R&B charts as well.
