"Sit Up" was a club hit for singer amd dancer (Marc) Sadane. Appearing on his debut album One Way Love Affair, the song was written by producers James Mtume and Reggie Lucas along with bass player Basil Fearrington. On Billboard magazine's Disco Top 100 chart, the single peaked at #71 in 1981. It also climbed to #78 on their R&B list as well.
