"My Love Is For Real" was a club and radio hit for singer/dancer Paula Abdul. Appearing on her album Head Over Heels, the song written by Abdul with producer Rhett Lawrence. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single spent a week at #1 in 1995. It also peaked at #28 on both the American and British pop charts.
