Dance Sweep: November 10, 2012...






Hey guys, it's time to wrap up today's "chart sweeps" of the newest songs making their way on to the weekly music charts in Billboard magazine. This time out it's the latest dance songs in the clubs and on the radio.

On the DJ-polled Hot Dance Club Play chart, the Swedish House Mafia score a third #1 with "Don't You Worry Child" featuring John Martin.

The top debut this week is from Rihanna, who topped this chart in June with "Where Have You Been". Her new song, "Diamonds", jumps in at #37...

Canadian singer Nelly Furtado is in at #43 with "Parking Lot". She last went to #1 here with "Do It"..



Frenchie Davis got her first break on American Idol, then graced the Broadway stage in Rent, before  She went to #5 in 2010 with "You Are". She's back at #45 with "Love's Got A Hold On Me"...


American singer Eric Turner, who now lives in Sweden, teams up with that country's Avicii at #48 for "Dancing In My Head". Eric was on the chart before on Tinie Tempah's "Written In The Stars"...


Pitbull is back with "Don't Stop The Party" featuring TJR at #49. He was just in the top-10 with "Get It Started" a couple weeks ago..


 ..and at #50 is British singer Neon Hitch (yes, that's her real name, her father does lighting) with "Gold" featuring rapper Tyga. Her last single, "Fuck U Betta", went to #1...


Meanwhile, over on the radio-monitored Dance Airplay chart, Swedish House Mafia climb to #1 with "Don't You Worry Child"...

Calvin Harris and Florence Welch come in at #22 with "Sweet Nothing"...


New Yorkers fun are in at #23 with "Some Nights"...


...and Lenny Kravitz pops in at #24 with "Superlove"...


Finally, over on the Global Dance Tracks list, the Swedes make it a trifecta at #1 with "Don't You Worry Child"...

The sole debut at #39 is Kosovan/British singer Rita Ora with "R.I.P."...
