"Free To Change Your Mind" was a club hit for the Scottish electro-rock band Regency Buck. Appearing on their American debut album Incoming, the song was written by the group's Chris Gordon, Dave McLean, and Paul Westwater, who co-produced the track with Mark "Spike" Stent. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #12 in 2002.
