"If I Fall" was a club hit for the Naked Music NYC, a project led by musician/producer Jay Denes. Appearing on the act's debut album What's On Your Mind, the song was written by Denes with Seamus McNally and vocalist Catherine Russell. On Billboard magazine's Dance Club Play chart, the single peaked at #25 in 1998.
