Today's Song of the Day is brought to us from hunky Canadian pop singer Corey Hart, whose sophomore album Boy In The Box had given him his biggest hit, "Never Surrender", as well as a top-30 follow-up with the title track. For the third single from the project Corey released the ballad "Everything In My Heart", a straight-up love song written by the artist and produced by Mike Chapman and Jon Astley...

"Everything In My Heart" became the third top-40 pop hit from Boy In The Box in the U.S. in February of 1986, while also sneaking on to the adult contemporary radio chart in Billboard for a few weeks peaking at #39. In Corey's native country, the song became his second to climb to #1.
