Today's Song of the Day is by Ready For The World, an R&B band out of the 'motor' city of Flint, Michigan, that took their Prince-ish funk of "Oh Sheila" to the top of the pop and soul chart in America. Their next single, "Digital Display", was written by their keyboardist, Greg Potts...

"Digital Display" became the group's second top-40 pop hit in February of 1986. The record also climbed up to #3 on Billboard's Dance Club Play list, and #4 on the R&B chart, their fourth consecutive top-10 hit there.
