"Move Your Body (The House Music Anthem)" was a club classic from producer/songwriter/musician Marshall Jefferson. Released as a one-off single, the song was written and produced by Jefferson under the alias Virgo, with vocals by Curtis McClain. Inexplicably, this record I heard all over Chicago in 1986 never reached the Dance Club Play chart in Billboard magazine; it slipped on to the British pop chart in 1990 at #100. It still remains a DJ favorite, and one of the first "house music" records to feature the piano riffs that gave the genre such life.
