"Cathedrals" was a club hit for singer/songwriter D.C. LaRue (real name David Charles L'Heureux). Appearing as the title track from his debut album Ca-The-Drals, the 12" single (one of the first commercially available) was written by LaRue with producer Aram Schefrin. The song climbed to #6 on Billboard magazine's Disco File Top-20, while popping on to their pop Hot 100 chart at #94.
