"Get On The Funk Train" was a club hit for Munich Machine, the moniker for the collaborative effort between disco giants Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte. Appearing on the act's debut album Munich Machine, the set charted as one item, with "Get On The Funk Train" singled out as the standout DJ track. It climbed to #7 on the National Disco Action chart in Billboard magazine in 1977.
